How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order and prepare for shipment. The shipping method you choose will determine how quickly you receive your order once processed.

What is a promotional gift card?
A promotional gift card is a free gift card provided by our company for an event or other special promotion. You may have received one from us through a subscription box or at an event that we sponsored. Unless stated otherwise, all promotional gift cards, certificates & codes will expire one year after issue.
Can I use my promotional gift card to pay for my order?
Can I make changes or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order. If your order is in a pending status, we may be able to make modifications, shipping changes or cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it at that time and you will have top process a return once you receive the order. Please email us immediately at email@example.com if you require a change.

Where can I find the size chart?
We provide size charts for each individual item and they are located on each product page. We also list the measurements of our models on each garment so that you may get an idea of how something will fit on you. Please check our measurements page to ensure you get the most accurate measurements possible.
Do you offer plus size clothing?
While we are doing our best to fit some sizes that may not be considered “standard” in the fashion industry, we are not currently able to accommodate the plus size community with the majority of our apparel.
Where can I find coupon codes?
Since we are a small business, it is very rare that we offer coupon codes or have sales. However when we do, we will post offers on our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and even Pinterest accounts so be sure to follow all of our social media. We also have exclusive offers for our email subscribers so be sure to join our mailing list. Members of our Facebook community receive priority access and first dibs to all sales and specials before our newsletter and social platforms.

How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?
When your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
How can I be featured on the Rebellia Instagram feed?
Tag @rebelliaclothing and use the hashtag #rebelbabe to be featured on our Instagram feed. The better looking/more creative the photo, the more likely you are to be featured.
How do I leave a review?
On the product page, click “write a review.” We’d love to hear thoughts, and your reviews will help other girls when they order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us before you write a negative review so we have the opportunity to make it right.
How will I know if a product will be coming back in stock?
When an item goes out of stock in your size, you can request to be emailed when back in stock. We also will post when our best selling items come back into stock on our instagram page and send out a newsletter. Be sure to follow our instagram and subscribe to our mailing list to stay up to date on our inventory.
Where’s my order?
Once your purchase goes from “processing” to “shipped” you will be provided with tracking information to track your purchase. Once the package leaves our facility it is the responsibility of the shipping provider to ensure your items get to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
