How to Measure
When taking your measurements, wear a normal bra and underwear or booty shorts. Your bra should have minimal padding and should not be a sports bra, unless that’s what you usually wear under your clothes. Have a friend help you, so you can get the most accurate measurements possible. The measuring tape should fit nicely against the body, but it shouldn’t be too tight.
Bust: Measure around the largest part of the bust. This is not your bra size. Do not raise your arms.
Waist: Measure around the natural waist. If you’re unsure of where that is, bend from side to side. Do not raise your arms.
Hips: Measure around the largest part of your butt.
Shoulder-to-shoulder: Measure the distance across your shoulders between the points where your sleeves start.
Sleeve length: Measure from the top of the shoulder. Keep a slight bend in the elbow.
Bicep: Measure around the largest part of your upper arm just under the delt.
Thigh: Measure around the largest part of the thigh.
Skirt length: Measure from the natural waist to wherever the hem should end.
Torso length: Measure from the base of your neck to your crotch.
