Be sure that there is an email address on your account or our return portal won't recognize your order number/email combo.
You have 30 days from your delivery date to send back your unwanted items and receive full store credit, which will expire after 1 year.
Once we receive your return please give us 3-6 business days to process your return. You will be notified once approved.
To receive full credit:
- Your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it
- It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags intact
- We will not offer credit of any kind for items that have perfume, bodily smells or damaged in any way
We are not responsible for damages that occur while wearing, trying on or washing your item. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email our customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide photos for a speedy resolution.
Sales & other noneligible items
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund or store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All intimates, swim bottoms, subscription boxes, gift cards and downloadable products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
We do not do exchanges. Because of how fast our inventory sells we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange will still be available when your return reaches us, so we advise that you purchase the size that you need first and submit your return for credit.
To make things super easy for you, we now provide return shipping labels! Simply initiate your return and a label will automatically be sent to you. This will also allow us to easily track your return. Please note that the exact cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Returns shipped back using a label that we did not provide, will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, or if you have all the pertinent information as well as the packaging and order number, you can initiate the return and receive store credit for the value of your return. Refunds will be processed on the original form of payment.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or lost/stolen packages.
