Returns & Exchanges

All returned items are eligible for store credit, which will expire after 1 year.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags intact. We will not offer credit of any kind for items that have perfume or bodily smells.
We cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange will still be available when your return reaches us, so we advise that you purchase the size that you need and submit your return for credit.
To return your product, you must fill out the Return Form and should mail your product to:

We ask that you please make returns via USPS as we are not always there to receive packages from UPS or FedEx.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method: we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent to us. 
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once accepted, returns are processed within 3-6 business days. After inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you will receive a code to use on your next purchase.
We do not accept returns on gift cards, subscription boxes or on downloadable software products.
Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a code for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a code for store credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
